The conditions for the delivery of goods ordered from our online store.
The price of delivery is not included in the price of the product. Delivery is paid separately from the package. You must provide an active phone number for the connection. Delivery takes place within 1-5 working days on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and up to 7 working days for countries outside the Republic of Bulgaria. Shipments outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are paid in advance through REVOLUT, VISA.
The delivery is carried out by the following companies CΠIDI or EKONT for the Republic of Bulgaria and with the company DHL (Express Worldwide) for countries outside the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery to Bulgaria is free for orders over BGN 500€.
Delivery to countries outside Bulgaria is free for orders over €150. Return of products only if they have not been opened and their integrity and packaging have not been violated, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
