Arimidex (Anastrozole) - When and Why It's Used

Many anabolic steroids, such as testosterone, can be aromatized (converted to estrogen) in the body, which can lead to undesirable side effects such as gynecomastia (development of breasts in men), water retention, and increased blood pressure.
